Climate change is here. For most people, it's easier to go on as usual and not engage with the realness and realities of the near-decades. Let's collaborate to structure a talk or webinar that will address the mental distress that your audience should be ready for.Contact us to plan a presentation to your group, tailored to their understanding level.
Transformational leadership style is used to interact, and guide participants to uncover their emotions, and to encourage them to find the grit to "weather the storm" of current and future disruptions to 'life as usual". Leaders are developed, not born. This workshop teaches participants to understand their potential and practice self boundaries. Workshops are fun and casual, but also real world seriousness. Uncovering personal perception is also joyful. Contact us to collaborate. We need "authentic leaders" in the age of the climate crisis.
